We love to welcome you to our what already several Portuguese people call 'Paraiso' (paradise, which other people have called it as well) and in addition to that we want to kindly announce that we do have 'home rules', core values and practical matters we ask you to take into consideration (beforehand), to as much as possible keep it that way

★ As much as we love animals, including pets, which includes dogs (and we really mean it, they also always actively come to us to be caressed and we really totally love to give them all the attention they desire! 🤗), we want to kindly make you aware that we don't invite pets at our place.

​

This is for several well considered reasons:

​

• There already lives wildlife, we don't want to disturb that

​

​

• Our land is our 'living room', as much as we don't want and allow people to do their needs here (like pooing and peeing etc.) and destroying it here, we don't want other animals, pets to do theirs and/ or 'keep house'.

​

We are aware that the wild animals also do their needs, but they only have little droppings which we are not bothered by.

​

​

• We moreover grow crops and we also want to handle this as carefully as possible, this is already a challenge enough as you might understand.

That is why we like to reduce any active external encroachment as much as possible

​

​

• Lastly, at the same time also logical from the perspective of the philosophy with which the entire plan was created and set up;

​

We (will) organize retreats and other activities to facilitate relaxation and coming to oneself, with as little distraction as possible.

This has been (part of) our offering from the beginning, long before we got here at this location.

The environment is perfect for this and we want to keep it that way. It is by no means our intention to completely change our concept, our offer and its essence 'just because someone else wants it'

Again, in our hearts, sweet animals are more than welcome, this is just not the right setting to physically allow them here (on our property).

Please do give them love from us and if you like, send us a nice photo of him/ her/ them/ you together. We do always include them in any treatments, loving attention, etc. from a distance.

You can certainly ask us more about this.

We also do this and are happy to welcome them in real life at other locations

If you have a nomadic lifestyle and you want to visit us and there is no other possibility than taking your pet with you, then please contact us privately, so we can discuss possibilities that are there and we can come to a good resolution together.

★ Our experience shows that in addition to the fact that we do like to communicate our values ourselves with those interested, from a professional point of view, this (being clear about it beforehand) also appears to be necessary.

​

Because even far before it was possible to properly invite people, people/quite a few people, in their spontaneity, started to anounce themselves, with all kinds of scenarios, without verifying whether it is even possible, whether we want that and whether it is also desirable in other respects.

​

We are hospitable to all those who respect our house rules and core values, yet we are by no means prepared to throw our values overboard for everyone and we (meanwhile) trust that you understand that 🥰
